Touch can be both physical and non-physical. Most of us have experienced the comfort of touch in moments of pain and speak of our hearts as being 'touched' in emotional times; in both respects touch is healing, permeating beyond consciousness to reach the depths of the soul.
'When you've been touched you re-member;
when you really touch someone they remember who they are.'
When we are 'out of touch' with ourselves poor physical and emotional health can follow. My practice offers Holistic Healing and Therapeutic Bodywork that addresses the physical, but focuses on the psycho-emotional, with the intention of bringing you back in touch with your Self.
